How to set up Workflow Automation

I have received many questions regarding the Workflow Automation setup. Let’s have a look at an example. How to set up the following - I want to receive a notification email when the record of a certain table includes the dropdown value “Done”.

Firstly let’s set up a “trigger” which will be “When record changed” - select a source table and that the trigger will fire when a record is “changed”. Secondly, as the first “Action” select the “Workflow interruption”. There choose the following - “The workflow continues, when the condition is true” and add a field for filter with the value “Done”. Finally, add the last action “Send email” where you enter your email address and fill in any text or fields to the custom email body. It is easy, isn’t it?
