Is it possible to select specific fields for the Excel export?

For example, if I have a table with field1, field2, and field3, I would like to export only field1 and field2. Is there a way to exclude field3 from the export via table settings or something similar?

Hello,
if you are talking about a user export - that is using the icon Export above your grid - it will give you the option to Export only visible columns. In that case, only the columns that are currently visible in the grid, will be exported. Columns can be hidden by “unselecting” them in the settings - just hover over any column headline and three vertical dots will appear. After clicking on them you can select which columns are displayed and which are not.

Yes, Excel export adheres to the grid’s visible columns.

Keep fields 1 and 2 visible, export, then use the column options (three dots/column selector) to hide field 3. It simply includes what is seen.

It just mirrors the table view and typically doesn’t require any additional Excel export configuration.
